Savour mouth watering food and carefully selected wines as you relax and let our attentive stewards care for your every need as the rich and varied tapestry of the country's finest landscapes glide gently by.
The fine meals served on board the Northern Belle are freshly prepared by our master chefs, and are accompanied with chilled champagne and wine. The actual meals served vary according to the journey taken. As long as we are notified at the time of booking, we can cater for special dietary requirements. We do however regret that we are unable to provide meals requiring strict religious observance in the preparation.
Specially crafted menus enhance any cause for celebration and small gifts and surprises can be arranged* to make the day truly unforgettable.

Passengers have the option of stepping off the Northern Belle at Carnforth Station and visiting the Refreshment Room, faithfully restored to its 1940's period glory and the Visitors Centre which houses the Brief Encounter exhibition. You'll also be able to watch actors on the platform as they re-enact moments of a bygone era.
