Days 1 & 2 : Venice
Fly from London with British Airways (Gatwick) or British Midland (Heathrow) to Venice, stay two nights in your chosen hotel with time at leisure in "La Serenissima". Enjoy the delights of Piazza San Marco, or take the optional sightseeing tour, Venetian Tapestry, which is available on selected Tuesdays.
Breakfast included. Overnight in Venice.
Day 3 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Board the blue and gold carriages of the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express early evening for your overnight journey to Prague.
Breakfast and dinner included. Overnight on board.
Days 4 & 5 : Prague
Arrive in Prague late afternoon and transfer to your hotel for two nights. On Day 5, join fellow travellers on a morning sightseeing tour, mainly on foot, of the castle district. The afternoon can be spent at leisure, allowing a chance to stroll around the Old Town with its wonderful square and famous astrological clock.
Breakfast included. Overnight in Prague.
Days 6 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
A morning at leisure until you transfer to the station early afternoon. Re-board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and travel through the Czech Republic into Germany.
Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner included. Overnight on board.
Day 7 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
The train arrives in Paris this morning and continues on to the French coast. After crossing the channel, join the carriages of the British Pullman for the journey back to London Victoria, arriving early evening.
Breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea served on board.
