Day 1 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Depart London mid-morning on board the British Pullman carriages of the VSOE and travel through the Kentish countryside. After crossing the channel board the continental Wagon-Lits. Travel overnight through France and into Switzerland.
Lunch and dinner included. Overnight on board.
Day 2 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Enjoy the day on board the train as it travels through the towering Swiss mountains and Austrian Alps before an early evening arrival in Venice, where you stay at your chosen hotel for two nights.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea included. Overnight in Venice.
Day 3 : Venice
Enjoy your time in Venice at leisure. The exclusive sightseeing tour, Venetian Tapestry, is available on selected Saturdays: visit the ancient workshop of the Bevilacqua family. Here, precious yarns are woven into fabrics used to furnish royal palaces and residences throughout the world.
Breakfast included. Overnight in Venice.
Day 4 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Join the train mid-morning and travel through some superb scenery in Italy, Austria and Switzerland.
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner included. Overnight on board.
Day 5 : Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
Travel through France and after crossing the channel, board the British Pullman for the final part of your journey, arriving London Victoria, late afternoon.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea included.
