What information do we collect when you book? How do we use it?
When you book a trip with us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, correspondence address, your credit or debit card number, card's expiry date and the card's registered address. This allows us to process your booking and to send you confirmation and tickets.

We also ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your booking. If tickets are going to be late being sent out, we may give your address to Orient-Express in order that they can send the tickets to you directly.

We may also use the information we collect to send or e-mail you special offers, changes to the website and other valuable information. If you would rather not receive any further details or our e-mail promotions please call our main telephone number or use the unsubscribe link on any marketing e-mail you receive.

If you register for our newsletter email, your first and last name and email will be used to send you details of offers and information regarding luxury trains. We may also send you details of other offers we think may be of interest to you.

Will Westgate Travel (trading as Luxury-Trains) disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

How do we protect customer information?
When you make a booking with us, your information is then stored on a secure server, which is not directly connected to the Internet. Furthermore, all information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
