The Royal Scotsman's restaurant has gained rightful acclaim as one of the finest in Britain - moving or still. Here, the fruits of Scotland's famous natural larder - salmon, shellfish, game and Aberdeen Angus beef - are all used with verve and imagination by our award winning chef.
Served in two dining cars, richly decorated with mahogany paneling, sumptuous fabrics and fresh flowers, the restaurant on The Royal Scotsman is regarded as one of Britain's finest. Naturally, meals are accompanied by a selection of fine wines and champagne. Afterwards you may decide to round things off in the traditional way, with a dram or two fro our selection of pure malt whiskies.
The choice of a full Scottish cooked breakfast or Continental breakfast is available every morning.
The Chefs are of the highest caliber and spend time training with world renowned chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux and Charlie Trotter.
