Luggage
Luggage on the train is limited to 30 kilos per person for Pullman Superior and State Cabin passengers. There is no limit for passengers travelling in a Presidential Suite. It is strongly advised that you only take into your compartment, one or two light cases packed with everything you need for your journey on board. All extra luggage can be checked in at the start of your journey where it will not be accessible until you reach your destination. Passengers should also be aware of luggage restrictions on any flights taken as part of their journey.

Table d'hôte meals are included in the fare. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea are served in your own compartment, while lunch and dinner are enjoyed in the sumptuous surroundings of the dining cars. Connecting UK Domestic Flights
If flying to South East Asia with British Airways or Qantas, connecting
flights to / from London are available from selected UK airports for
a supplement .
Flight Upgrades
British Airways Club World and Quantas Business Class are available and prices are quoted at the time of booking to take advantage of the latest fares available.
Note that upgrade supplements are based on business class fares at contracted rates and cannot be changed in any way once issued, unlike full fare business class tickets.
Flight Surcharges
Some compulsory surcharges are shown in the individual price panels. However because flights are at a contract rate, at certain times the number of seats available at these rates may be limited. Passports and Visas

However, regulations can change and it is the responsibility of the traveller to check that they have all the appropriate documentation prior to travel. Any non UK nationals should check with the relevant Embassy for passport/visa regulations.
Political and other conditions can also vary over time in different countries and travellers are advised to check with the Foreign Office regarding any travel advice prior to travelling.
