Brunch with Bellini is served on the outward journey to Staplehurst. On arrival, a private coach transfers you to the family-owned estate for a guided vineyard tour and time to relax in the idyllic surroundings. On your return to London Victoria, a glass of champagne is followed by a four-course dinner with half a bottle of wine.

Surrounded by wildflower meadows, rolling hills and white-chalk cliffs bordering the woodlands, the Gladwin family cultivate eight distinct grape varieties across 26 acres to create exceptional wines, including their renowned Nutty Vintage Brut and Sussex Reserve.

After arriving by train, a minibus transfers you to Nutbourne for a vineyard and winery tour, followed by a tasting of six award-winning wines in the lodge beside the historic windmill. Sample Bridget Gladwin’s label artwork and browse the cellar door before returning to the British Pullman, where you’re greeted with a glass of Nutbourne wine and a three-course dinner with coffee and petits fours.

Nestled in the picturesque village of West Chiltington, Nyetimber Estate is a pioneer of English sparkling wine. For over 35 years the team has pursued a singular passion: to craft the finest English sparkling wine. The estate was the first to produce English sparkling wine using only their own-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with meticulous attention to the greensand and chalk terroir that enables Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs to achieve optimal ripeness, acidity and finesse.

Enjoy a three-course brunch on the outward journey. On arrival, be greeted with a glass of Classic Cuvée MV before a guided vineyard tour with a South Downs National Park Ranger. Learn about the winemaking process in a 15th-century medieval barn and taste three Nyetimber wines. Return to the British Pullman for a three-course dinner paired with Nyetimber wine and finishing with coffee and petits fours.

Set deep within the rolling hills and chalk escarpments of the South Downs, Wiston Estate’s vineyards mark a new chapter in a long history. First vines were planted in 2006 on flint-strewn chalk soils similar to Champagne’s Côtes des Blancs. Now covering 12 hectares, the vineyards are cared for by the Goring family, custodians since 1743, with sustainability underpinning every aspect: sheep graze between the vines, beehives support pollination and plastic has been eliminated at harvest.

Enjoy a three-course brunch on the outward journey. Disembark at Pulborough and transfer to Wiston Estate’s newly refurbished winery. Tour the vineyards and winery, learn about the estate’s traditional methods including the rare Coquard press, and enjoy a guided tasting with local produce.
