How Our Vouchers Work
You can buy a voucher for a set amount, which can be put towards any of the trains we feature, or for a specific journey if you already know which one they would love. A set amount gives the recipient the freedom to pick their own trip, while a named journey makes the gift itself the surprise.
Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. We aim to send them out by first class post, or by email, on the day you buy. If you need one in a hurry for a birthday or an anniversary, just tell us and we will do our best.
If the journey they choose costs more than the voucher, the difference can simply be paid when they book. More than one voucher can be put towards the same trip, so several people can club together for a bigger gift.
