We started Luxury Trains in 2000 for people who enjoy the journey as much as the destination. More than 25 years on, that is still the only thing we do.
Who We Are
Luxury Trains is a trading name of Westgate Travel, an independent travel agency in Talbot Green, South Wales. Westgate Travel has been trading since 1989 and has specialised in luxury rail travel since 2000. The business is run by partners Jeffrey and Arthur Paulett.
When you call us, you speak to the people who will look after your booking from start to finish. We know the trains, the cabins and the routes, and we are happy to talk through the options before you decide anything.
The Trains We Feature
In the UK we book the Belmond British Pullman, the Northern Belle, the Belmond Britannic Explorer and the Belmond Royal Scotsman. In Europe there is the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, Golden Eagle Luxury Trains and La Dolce Vita Orient Express. Further afield we offer the Deccan Odyssey in India, and the Blue Train and Rovos Rail in South Africa.
If the train you have in mind is not on our website, ask us anyway. We can help with arrangements on almost any luxury train in the world, and we can put together a complete holiday with flights, hotels and transfers around your journey.
Your Booking Is Protected
We are members of the Travel Trust Association (member number Q9151), so the money you pay us is protected. Any package that includes a flight is booked through an ATOL-bonded tour operator, which gives you extra protection.
