Dining on Board
Dining on the Britannic Explorer is a culinary journey like no other. On-board menus and private off-board dining experiences are designed to showcase the best of local flavours and produce, with a focus on farm-to-fork principles. Menus are crafted by the renowned Chef Simon Rogan MBE — pioneer of the farm-to-fork movement in the UK and holder of eight Michelin stars across his worldwide restaurants.
Choose either of the two restaurant cars — Malva and Samphire — for a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience. Designed by the visionary studio Albion Nord, the interiors draw inspiration from the lush greenery of the British countryside, with potted herbs, botanical tapestries, limed oak joinery and unique woven finishes. The trellis-inspired mirror ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness as the ever-changing landscape outside provides a breathtaking backdrop.
After dinner, retreat to the Observation Car for an evening of merriment — chance encounters and delightful entertainment await, with nightcaps and breathtaking views of the British countryside.
